At Redecor.pk, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

3-Day Refund Policy

You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Refund

  1. Contact Us: Please send an email to redecor.pk@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and the reason for your refund request.

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization if your request meets our refund policy criteria.

  3. Return Shipping: Once you receive a return authorization, carefully package the item and ship it back to us at the address provided. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  4. Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

Exceptions

Please note that certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards.
